Why should I register for a warranty?

We highly recommend making warranty registration an essential part of your Restolex shopping experience. While we are confident in the exceptional quality of our products, there may be rare instances where you need support with your purchase. When should I register for a warranty?

We strongly recommend registering your warranty within 10 days of purchase. The warranty details can be found on the warranty card provided with your Restolex mattress. For other products, warranty information is available on the respective product pages on our website.

What happens Once I Register?

Once you provide all the necessary details through the Restolex Warranty Registration Form, we will generate a Warranty Number and share it with you via email within 48 to 72 hours. This Warranty Number will be required to claim your warranty benefits, should the need arise.

What If I dont have an Invoice?

An invoice is a mandatory document for registering the warranty with Restolex. In the absence of the invoice, we will not be able to process your warranty registration request.
