Cancellations
To cancel an order, share your Order ID and cancellation request with the Restolex Customer Support Team. Requests are reviewed and answered within 24 hours where possible.
How to Raise a Request

- Email care@restolex.com with your Order ID
- Use the Contact Us form to raise a support ticket
Our team will guide you on pickup, replacement, or refund based on inspection and applicable policy.
